By accessing or using inbotswana.org.bw, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This platform is owned and operated by Webland Internet Engineers (PTY) LTD, a duly registered company in Botswana, accredited by BQA. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this platform.

2. Platform Purpose

inbotswana.org.bw is a directory and marketplace platform that connects skilled workers with employers and clients across Botswana. We facilitate connections but are not a party to any agreements made between workers and employers.

3. Worker Profiles

• Workers must provide accurate and truthful information when registering
• Submitting false credentials or fabricated documents is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal
• Workers are responsible for keeping their profile information up to date
• Profile verification by our team does not guarantee the quality of work performed
• Workers must honour confirmed bookings or cancel with reasonable notice

4. Employer and Client Responsibilities

• Employers must provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
• Payments for services are agreed directly between the employer and worker
• Employers must treat workers with respect and dignity
• Submitting false or malicious reviews is prohibited

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on this platform:

• Creating fake or duplicate profiles
• Posting misleading or fraudulent information
• Harassment, abuse, or discriminatory behaviour toward any user
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to circumvent our systems or verification processes

6. Limitation of Liability

inbotswana.org.bw and Webland Internet Engineers (PTY) LTD are not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from arrangements made between workers and employers through the platform. We provide a directory and connection service only. All contracts and agreements are between the parties involved.

7. Training Services

Computer training sessions advertised on this platform are conducted by Webland Technicians. Certificates issued upon completion are provided by Webland Internet Engineers (PTY) LTD, accredited by BQA. Fees are non-refundable once a session is confirmed unless cancelled by us.

8. Account Suspension and Removal

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any profile that violates these Terms of Service, without prior notice. Users may appeal decisions by contacting our helpdesk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Botswana.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
